Your privacy and ensuring that your information remains secure and confidential is a primary concern of GoLoyal. Therefore, GoLoyal has created this Privacy and AntiSpam Policy (the “Policy”). If you have received an email from us, your email address was either provided directly to us or through certain GoLoyal in-store sign up cards provided to you at a participating GoLoyal business. Your email address was provided to us for the purpose of receiving discounts, specials and other information pertaining to GoLoyal or its participating business. GoLoyal and its participating businesses have not and will not obtain any information about you, other than what you have, directly or indirectly, provided to GoLoyal.

Transfer of Information
GoLoyal will not sell, rent, share, license or otherwise trade your personal information to any third party without your permission or under special circumstances, such as when GoLoyal believes in good faith that the law requires it to do so under the circumstances. However, in the unlikely event that GoLoyal is ever sold or acquired, any of your personal information, including, but not limited to, your email address may be sold or acquired in such deal. Emails you receive from us may contain advertisements and links to other web sites which are beyond the control of GoLoyal. This Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information relating to your participation in the GoLoyal program. Please keep in mind that whenever you give out information online, that information may be collected and used by people that you do not know. GoLoyal cannot guarantee the security of any information which you disclose online, and you disclose such information at your own risk.

GoLoyal is opposed to unsolicited commercial email to be sent to its participants or members. GoLoyal does not permit our database or system to be used for the purpose of sending out unsolicited emails and adheres to all laws and regulations regarding the dissemination of unsolicited bulk email. All emails which are sent by GoLoyal include a point of origin and routing information as well as identifying information with respect to GoLoyal. Each and every email contains an automatic way for you to direct GoLoyal to stop sending you emails. If you wish to be removed from our email list, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. Additionally, you may email GoLoyal directly at and request to be removed from its list. GoLoyal maintains an opt-out list that does not permit GoLoyal from adding any individual to its email database who has previously opted out.
